01Using the site and its tools
You may use the site and its free tools for your own business purposes. Please don't misuse them: no attempts to break or overload the site, no automated bulk use, and no use that breaks the law or anyone else's rights.
The Agentic Commerce Grader visits the public pages of the store you enter, the way a shopper or an AI agent would. It doesn't log in, and it doesn't place orders. Only test stores you own or have permission to test.
02Our research and articles
Grades, reports, the landscape and our articles are general information based on public sources at the time we checked them. They can contain errors and go out of date. They are not legal, financial or investment advice, and listing a firm is not an endorsement. If you spot a mistake about your company, tell us and we'll look at it.
Company names and trademarks belong to their owners. Links to other websites are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
03What you send us
When you leave your details to hear from us, we use them only to reply to you about your request. We don't sell them. Ask us at any time and we'll delete them.
04Our content
The site's text, charts, images and design belong to Scayl. You're welcome to quote or share short parts with a link back to the page. Please ask before reusing anything more.
