Use-case prioritisation

Choosing which AI opportunities to pursue first by weighing their business impact against feasibility, cost, risk and data readiness.

Definition

Most organisations have far more AI ideas than capacity. Prioritisation usually scores each candidate on value (revenue, cost, speed, risk reduction) and feasibility (data readiness, integration effort, regulatory exposure, change required), then plots them to find the few worth doing now.

Leaders in AI tend to concentrate on a small number of workflows that matter to the business and redesign them end to end, rather than spreading effort across many small pilots.
